Why we're a security company, not a feature

Our buyers — commercial SOC teams and government-adjacent, defense, and compliance organizations — evaluate security partners differently. They expect a dedicated security practice that owns the problem end to end. That's why Aftershock Security stands on its own, rather than nested under any single product.

How we talk about compliance

We reference the frameworks our products are built to support — DISA STIG / SRG, NIST 800-53, and SOC 2-conscious practices. We are deliberately precise: we describe what our products do (apply, audit, and evidence baselines; monitor and respond in real time) and we do not claim certifications, accreditations, or an Authority to Operate that we do not hold. For buyers who answer to auditors and assessors, that precision is the point.
